We gladly offer free shipping on all orders shipped to the U.S.
We ship through UPS and USPS for all domestic orders.
When will my order ship?
Once your order is placed, we try to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, typically within 1-3 business days. Once your item is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information that you may track online. Once your order is shipped, please allow 7-10 business days for your package to arrive.
Can I change or modify my order before it has been shipped?
We understand sometimes things change and we try to accommodate the best we can. If you would like to change/modify your order please send an email to info@josephandroseusa.com as soon as possible titling CHANGE MY ORDER, and please be sure to include your order number as well as the products you would like to change in your email. Changes after 24 hours of purchase cannot guarantee accommodation, as we try and fulfill orders as fast as possible. If your order has already left our warehouse, you will then have to return or exchange your item.

Unfortunately, once your package leaves our warehouse we have no control of postal delays, lost, stolen, or damaged items. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please make sure your order is submitted with the correct delivery information.
